Busyness Doesn't Equal Fruitfulness

Isaiah 40:31 (NKJV)
31 But those who wait on the Lord Shall renew their strength; They shall mount up with wings like eagles, They shall run and not be weary, They shall walk and not faint.

In our fast-paced world, we often equate activity with fruitfulness, but Isaiah 40:31 reminds us of the importance of waiting on the Lord. Those who wait on Him renew their strength and find endurance, allowing God to work in and through them.

Busyness can be a distraction that hinders our spiritual growth, as it pulls us away from spending time in God's presence. However, when we prioritize waiting on God, we discover that He renews our strength and empowers us for the tasks ahead.

Waiting on God requires patience and trust, as His timing is not always aligned with our own. Yet, as we wait on Him with expectant hearts, we find that He leads us in paths of righteousness and brings about true fruitfulness in our lives.

Prayer:
Heavenly Father, teach us to wait on You with patience and trust, knowing that You renew the strength of those who wait on You. Help us to prioritize spending time in Your presence, allowing You to work in and through us for Your glory. In Jesus' name, amen.
