Walking by Faith, Not by Sight

2 Corinthians 5:7 NKJV
"For we walk by faith, not by sight."

Living by faith and not by sight is a challenging yet essential aspect of the Christian walk. Our natural inclination is to rely on what we can see, touch, and understand. But faith calls us to trust in God's promises and guidance, even when the path ahead is unclear.

There have been many times in my life when walking by faith was my only option. When God called me to ministry, there were no clear signs of how it would unfold. I had to trust in His leading without seeing the full picture. This journey of faith has taught me to rely on God's word and His promises rather than my limited understanding.

Start by immersing yourself in God's Word, where His promises are revealed. Surround yourself with a community of faith that encourages and supports you. Take small steps of faith in your daily life, trusting that God is guiding you even when you can't see the outcome. Walking by faith means trusting God's character and His faithfulness, knowing that He will never lead you astray.

Prayer:
Heavenly Father, help us to walk by faith and not by sight. Strengthen our trust in Your promises and guidance. Lead us step by step, even when the way is unclear, and help us to rely on Your faithfulness. Amen.
