God's Plans are Always Better

 Ephesians 3:20-21
"Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever! Amen."

God’s plans are infinitely better than anything we could design for ourselves. Joseph’s plans for his life in Nazareth were simple but good—a home, a family, a future. However, God invited him to participate in something far greater: the arrival of the Savior. This journey took Joseph out of his comfort zone, but it brought him into a story that impacted all of eternity.

We often hold tightly to our plans, believing they are what’s best for us. Yet, God’s plans are rooted in His omniscience and love, designed to lead us to abundant life. Jeremiah 29:11 reassures us, “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” Letting go of our own plans and embracing God’s will requires faith, but it also opens the door to blessings and opportunities we could never imagine.

Joseph’s obedience to God’s plan allowed him to witness miracles, experience the supernatural, and play a pivotal role in the life of Jesus. When we trust that God’s plans are better, we step into a life that exceeds our dreams. His purpose is not just for our benefit but for His glory and the advancement of His kingdom.

Prayer:
Father, thank You for having plans that are greater than anything I could imagine. Help me to release my own desires and trust in Your perfect will. Teach me to walk in faith, knowing that Your plans always lead to purpose, peace, and joy. May I glorify You in every step of the journey. Amen.
