ALL IN
James 4:8 (NIV)
“Come near to God and he will come near to you.”
The journey through the river in Ezekiel’s vision ends in water deep enough to swim. At that point there is no turning back to the shallow end. The only way forward is to fully enter the river and allow it to carry you.
God is still inviting people into that kind of relationship today. He is not looking for occasional commitment or surface-level faith. He is calling His people to draw near to Him with their whole hearts.
When we choose to go all in with God, we discover something amazing. The closer we move toward Him, the closer He moves toward us. What once felt distant becomes deeply personal and real.
A life surrendered to God is not a smaller life. It is a fuller one. The river of His presence carries us into purpose, joy, and transformation that we could never find on the shore.
Prayer
God, I choose to draw near to You today. I surrender my plans, fears, and desires into Your hands. Lead me deeper into Your presence and help me live fully devoted to You. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
