You Don't Have to Have it All Together

1 Corinthians 1:27 (NLT)
“God chose things the world considers foolish in order to shame those who think they are wise…”

The woman at the well was not the obvious choice. If you were building a team to spread the message of the Messiah, she wouldn’t have made the list. But God doesn’t choose people the way we do. He’s not looking for perfection. He’s looking for availability.

We disqualify ourselves so quickly. We think we need more knowledge, more growth, more time, more healing before God can use us. But if that were true, no one would ever be used. God consistently works through people who are still in process.

The power of her story wasn’t that she had it all together. It was that she had encountered Jesus and was willing to share it. That’s it. No platform. No preparation. Just obedience.

Stop waiting until you feel ready. God doesn’t call the ready. He uses the willing. And He does more through surrendered people than He ever will through perfect ones.

Prayer:
Lord, help me to stop disqualifying myself. Remind me that You use people who are willing, not perfect. Give me the courage to step out and be used by You right where I am. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
