Do Your Part

John 4:37-38 (NLT)
“One plants and another harvests… I sent you to harvest where you didn’t plant…”

We often feel pressure to have all the answers or to be the one who changes someone’s life completely. But that was never the assignment. God works in layers. He uses different people at different times to accomplish His purpose.

Someone prayed for that person before you ever met them. Someone showed them kindness. Someone planted a seed. And now God may be asking you to simply show up and speak.

This takes the pressure off. You don’t have to do everything. You just have to do your part. Sometimes you plant. Sometimes you water. Sometimes you get to see the harvest. But every role matters.

The woman at the well stepped into a moment that was already prepared. The town was ready. The people were open. All it took was someone willing to go and say something.

God is already working in the lives of the people around you. He’s just inviting you to be part of it.

Prayer:
Lord, thank You that I don’t have to do everything. Help me to be faithful in the part You’ve given me. Open my eyes to where You are already working and give me the courage to step into those moments. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
