God is Your Source
Philippians 4:19 (NIV)
“And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus.”
One of the clearest differences between a natural view and a Kingdom view shows up in how we see provision. The natural view says everything depends on what I can earn, control, or hold onto. It creates pressure, anxiety, and a constant need to calculate what might happen next. But the Kingdom view shifts our focus from what we see to who God is.
When we believe God is our source, not just our supplier, everything changes. A supplier can run out. A source does not. The world teaches us to rely on systems, jobs, and numbers, but God invites us to trust Him as the one who ultimately provides. That doesn’t mean we stop working or planning. It means we stop placing our security in those things.
There will be moments when what you have doesn’t seem like enough. That’s where trust is tested. Will you hold tighter, or will you trust deeper? God’s faithfulness is not limited by what you can see. He is able to provide in ways you didn’t expect and at times you didn’t plan.
